Metz Culinary Management is growing and seeking a Rock Star Catering Manager. This is a great opportunity to show off your hospitality and attention to detail creating beautiful presentations of food and displays while managing an awesome Team and contributing to the overall Business Development.  

• →Supervising the Catering Staff in Prep, Assembly and Setup of functions
• →Sales and Business Development
• →Employee Management and Scheduling
• →Operate and maintain equipment in safe, and efficient manner
• →Maintain department areas in neat and sanitary manner
• →Assist with efficient operation of department
• →Flexibility in schedule to attend functions outside normal hours
