Server / Food Service Worker

Metz Culinary Management is seeking hospitality-driven individuals to join our team at Regina Health Center. We are a family-driven company that collaborates with partners to deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to every guest.

We are looking for "Rock Star" team members who share our passion for food and service. As a server, you will ensure residents receive amazing meals with unexpected service and smiles.

  Provide compassionate, amazing service to patients and residents.

• →

  Assist with meal selection, tray set-up, delivery, and removal of food trays.

• →

  Maintain compliance with patient dietary instructions under the guidance of clinical dietitian staff.

• →

  Assist in kitchen duties including plating, cafe set-up/tear-down, and sanitation.

• →

  Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.

We offer flexible schedules to meet our operational needs:

• Shift Rotations: Includes Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

• Weekend Availability: Rotational weekend shifts are required.

• Flexibility: Full-time (30+ hours/week) and Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) positions are available.

• Experience: Hospitality or server experience is desired, but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food.

• Attitude: A strong work ethic and a smile are required.

• Skills: Ability to thrive in a team environment and perform basic mathematical tasks for inventory.

• Compliance: Must be 18 years or older and able to pass required background checks and drug screenings.

• Experience desired but OPEN to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
• Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
• Hospitality-driven
• Able to work and thrive in a team environment
• Brings a SMILE and strong work ethic to the TEAM
