Foodservice Worker

• Assists in preparing and setting up food service area under detailed instruction provided by the shift supervisor.
• Follows procedures in setting up hot and cold food lines. Choosing proper utensils for service
• Performs preparation duties such as slicing/dicing fruits and vegetables, and slicing meats.
• Weighing and measuring ingredients
• Following established recipes to prepare menu items.
• Providing customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing
• Perform cashiering duties, as needed.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Replenishes/restocks paper goods and disposable flatware at serving stations and guest area.
• Checks food temperatures and food storage equipment temperatures, ensuring temperatures comply with HACCP requirements.
• Serves food items to customers using appropriate portions, in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintains clean work areas, including floors, equipment, washing dishes, trash removal, and guest seating area.
• Replenishes food as needed.
