We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury automotive sales and a proven track record of success. As Sales Manager, you will manage and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed their sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Sales Team: Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize new car inventory, ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations, fostering relationships and long-term loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
Training & Development: Mentor, coach, and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
 
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, luxury automotive experience strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
Customer Focus: Strong understanding of luxury automotive customers and their expectations.
Sales Expertise: Exceptional sales skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Luxury Vehicles: Knowledge and enthusiasm of luxury vehicles and the luxury automotive market.
