Cheeky is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Buther to join our culinary team!

Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner. We will have daytime, nighttime, full-time, and part-time positions available for all roles.

• →Execute expert butchery of whole animals, fish, and primal cuts to meet precise menu needs
• →Uphold rigorous safety, cleanliness, and HACCP standards at all times
• →Assist with inventory management, ordering, and sourcing guidance
• →Ensure consistency in portioning and yields, minimizing waste
• →Support daily prep and special tasting menus with accuracy and finesse

• Minimum 1+ years of butchery experience, ideally in fine dining or whole-animal operations
• Deep understanding of meat, poultry, and seafood cuts
• Skilled with a variety of knives, saws, and butchering equipment
• Committed to excellence, efficiency, and cleanliness
• Team-oriented with clear communication and a strong work ethic
• Passionate about ingredient integrity and classical culinary technique
