• →Oversee daily restaurant operations across all shifts and service periods
• →Build, train, and develop a strong management and staff team
• →Manage food costs, inventory, and P&L accountability

• →Optimize scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiency

• 3+ years restaurant management or supervisory experience required
• Proven success managing high-volume service environments
• Strong financial literacy and P&L management capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and retain strong teams
• Genuine passion for hospitality and operational excellence
