This full-time, on-site position provides an incredible opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and implement strategies to enhance our restaurant's efficiency and profitability. You will play a crucial role in building a cohesive team, fostering a positive work culture, and driving the success of our new venture in the restaurant industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive environment that encourages professional development and career growth.
Responsibilities

- →Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- →Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- →Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
- →Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- →Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures
- →Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu offerings and specials
- →Plan and coordinate promotional events to attract customers

Requirements
