As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the high standards of our cuisine and cocktails. You will play a crucial role in staff management, inventory control, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving operational excellence and fostering a positive work culture.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your career development and work-life balance.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service
- →Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
- →Conduct regular inventory and manage supplies to meet operational demands
- →Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold our restaurant standards
- →Monitor and improve food and beverage quality, including menu updates
- →Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve profitability
- →Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high standards
- →Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- →Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
