- Hands-on work handling, reaching, and organizing parts
- Regular walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Lifting requirements:
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Good close-up and distance vision to keep things accurate and efficient

As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be at the center of the action—helping customers at the counter, supporting technicians in the shop, and assisting customers over the phone. Every day brings something different, and your knowledge, energy, and customer-service skills will help keep our operation running smoothly.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in automotive, heavy-duty truck, industrial, or related parts sales
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and meet Nextran Corporation’s driver qualification and insurability requirements
- Comfortable with technology and able to use computers and electronic applications for recordkeeping, communication, scheduling, transactions, and other job-related functions
- Strong communication skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
- Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in, help the team, and get the job done
- Able to stay organized and focused while managing multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Team-oriented and dependable, with a willingness to support customers, technicians, and fellow team members
