As Head of Business Unit, you will take full ownership of driving business growth, financial success, and strategic development within your area of responsibility. You will be at the forefront of managing P&L, executing long-term financial planning, and leading high-impact initiatives that shape the unit’s future. In this role, you will navigate complex business challenges, adapt to changing market dynamics, and bring a strong analytical mindset to evaluate and execute strategic business cases.   • Manage the Business Unit’s P&L comprehensively
  • Take full responsibility for the Business Unit’s strategic planning and long-term financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and market dynamics
  • Take full ownership of revenue planning and execution to drive the growth of the Business Unit, ensuring its success by implementing effective business development strategies
  • Be responsible for people management and planning the Business Unit's resources, fostering a culture of development, performance, and engagement within the Business Unit
  • Establish and maintain trust-based partnerships with clients (key accounts management, negotiate business terms of current contracts, advise potential and current clients in the Business Unit's expert business domains)
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive the successful conversion of sales opportunities into signed contracts
  • Execute Business Unit plans and contribute to department-wide initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with other Business Units and company functions
  • Proven experience in managing P&L within a business unit or similar entity, alongside adept skills in long-term financial forecasting and business planning
  • Demonstrated responsibility for driving revenue growth within a business area (e.g., department, division, or company), coupled with the skill to execute plans and drive initiatives effectively
  • Expertise in leading and developing teams, building structure, and fostering a performance within development-oriented culture
  • Robust experience in establishing and nurturing trust-based relationships with clients, managing key accounts, and proficiently negotiating business terms
  • Ability to provide valuable advice in your Business Unit’s expert domains to both potential and existing clients
  • A track record of ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, aligning teams, and processes to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Proficient in communicating effectively, both in written and verbal forms, with high-quality presentation skills in both Lithuanian and English
