• →Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications. 
• →Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine. 
• →Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. 
• →Remove all garbage. 
• →Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift. 
• →Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized. 

• Professionalism
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable. 
• Ability to handle high heat and moisture. 
• Previous experience preferred but not necessary. 
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
