Dishwasher

Description

This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

• →Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand.
• →Ensure that all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• →Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas
• →Assist with the organization and stocking of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• →Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• →Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and equipment.
• →Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
• →Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• →Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• →Assist with other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other kitchen staff members.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.

· Able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
