We’re searching for an enthusiastic Front Office Agent who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and an international team. In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

  • Ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.

  • Maintaining accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.

  • Caring out, reviewing, and updating the reception procedures, as per hotel policy.

  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

  • Handling complaints in a professional manner.

  • Working in a dynamic environment where every day is unique.

  • Being a warm and helpful communicator and guest-oriented.

  • Working independently and flexibly.

  • Being a wonderful and proactive team player.

  • With an energetic and representative attitude.

  • Affinity with the hotel industry and experience in hospitality is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Opera systems.

  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
