You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

The team waiting for you:

You will own the full sales cycle across multiple verticals, managing both established markets and developing new growth opportunities. You'll help shape sales strategy, build partnerships, close deals, and manage client relationships.

We are a performance platform powered by a verified global network of 16M+ users across 150+ countries, helping businesses with AI training data, app growth, consumer research, and audience engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution.

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Generate and develop pipeline through both inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build sales strategies for emerging verticals.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage existing client relationships, including onboarding, upselling, and renewals.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
  • Represent the company at industry events, communities, and other relevant channels.
  • 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales, business development or other relevant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
  • Great negotiation skills, time-management skills.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage or zero-to-one environment — you build structure rather than wait for it.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, hunger for success and relentlessness.
  • A result-oriented problem solver and a team player.
  • Gross salary: 2500 - 3700 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
