Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
→Minimum of 2+ years in a sales leadership role (preferably in home health, hospice, or post-acute care).
→Demonstrated success in territory expansion and referral relationship development.
→Strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills.
→Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
→Proficient in technological skill, CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
→Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
→Experience in sales preferably within the healthcare setting
