Swine Market Sales Manager

Location: Pipestone, MN

Are you passionate about the swine industry and helping producers maximize performance and profitability? We're looking for a Swine Market Sales Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to producers, combining expertise in swine marketing, production consulting, and business development.

What You'll Do:

✅ Develop and manage hog marketing strategies for producers
✅ Lead and coordinate market selection activities and pig flow management
✅ Analyze production and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth
✅ Build strong relationships with producers and industry partners
✅ Provide production consulting and recommendations to improve outcomes
✅ Support business development and FarmPro service growth
✅ Collaborate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and production specialists

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Swine Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ Proven success marketing pigs across multiple plants and weight targets
✔ Hands-on grow/finish swine production experience
✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
✔ Ability to travel regularly to customer sites
