White Howard Brands (WHB) is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion and enhance our brand presence. As the face of the company, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing effective sales strategies, with the primary goal of driving sustainable financial growth through increased sales and the establishment of robust client relationships. Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at WHB, you will be responsible for providing, enabling, and generating revenue by identifying opportunities with End User, A&D, and Broker/PM entities. The sales process will involve identifying and qualifying opportunities, leading through order placement, and culminating in successful project delivery and completion, all while fostering lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, preparing specifications/drawings, and providing quotes/proposals while ensuring adherence to client objectives and goals. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
