~1 min readWe're looking for our next Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing Quad Lock’s key retail and distribution partners across key European Markets.
This role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring effective execution of Quad Lock’s go-to-market strategy. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to optimise product ranging, drive sell-through, and support new product launches.
Operating across multiple markets, this role is perfect for someone with strong commercial acumen, relationship management capability, and the ability to drive both account performance and in-market execution.#LI-CG1
Manage and develop key account relationships across key European Territories, delivering revenue and profitability targets
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and long-term performance
Secure product ranging and support new product launches across key partners
Manage forecasting and inventory planning with key partners and internal teams
Deliver accurate revenue projections and performance reporting
Identify opportunities to improve sell-through and overall account performance
Drive in-store and online merchandising execution, ensuring strong product visibility and alignment with Quad Lock brand standards
Work with partners to optimise retail execution, product placement, and promotional activity
Identify and support local market development opportunities, including retail activations, trade events, and partner-led initiatives
Conduct product training and education sessions for key accounts and their teams
Represent Quad Lock in-market through customer engagement, travel, and industry events
Provide market, customer, and competitor insights to internal stakeholders
Proven experience in key account management within a B2B environment, with a strong track record of driving growth
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver measurable results
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
Fluent in English & German or French (required)
Proactive, results-driven, and accountable, with strong ownership of outcomes
Attention to detail, with a focus on execution and maintaining brand standards in-market
Experience in Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, or Automotive industries
Experience working with distributors and large retail accounts
