We are seeking an Account Manager to lead and execute GTM campaigns across EMEA and the Americas. The principal focus will be driving an increase in revenue in region and will include working alongside our established partner network. You will be required to drive sales of the Quantios next-generation SaaS platform and accelerate the migration of end clients away from on-premise solutions.
This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of sales execution and relationship management. You will be the primary commercial interface between Quantios and both our clients and partners in region. You will be required to align go-to-market strategies, engage directly with clients and support effective partner sales.
- Achieve annual revenue clients within our direct client base
- Achieve co-sell revenue targets across the EMEA and Americas regions
- Develop and execute partner-aligned territory and account plans, including activity KPIs
- Drive pipeline generation both directly and with partners — proactively identifying and engaging migration opportunities within region
- Lead both direct and co-sell engagements from initial qualification through to close, working in lockstep with partner sales teams where required
- Mobilise internal resources (pre-sales, professional services, product) to support deals
- Develop and maintain trusted executive relationships with stakeholders and key end-client decision makers
- Communicate and position the Quantios SaaS migration value proposition across multiple executive personas
- Identify strategic drivers and blockers within target accounts, building tailored strategies to accelerate deals
- Enable partners with the tools, messaging, and knowledge they need to confidently position Quantios solutions
Requirements
~1 min read- Demonstrable success in a sales, channel sales, or co-sell role ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- A strong track record of managing large, complex sales, ideally within financial services, wealth management, or trust & corporate services
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Experience executing GTM campaigns within a partner or client base at scale
- Excellent relationship-building skills — you are trusted by partners and clients alike
- Comfortable operating across multiple geographies and time zones
- Deep curiosity is an essential trait — you ask great questions and genuinely listen
- Fluency in English required; additional European language skills are a plus but not essential
