Quotes Willowbrook is searching for a dedicated full-time Kitchen Manager to join our culinary team in Houston, TX.

ALL THAT YOU NEED IS:

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR KITCHEN MANAGER?

As a Kitchen Manager at Quotes Willowbrook, you will work full-time during our operating hours: Sunday through Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Your schedule will match the dynamic energy of our restaurant, ensuring you are part of our culinary team when it matters most.

Each day, you will oversee your team as they prepare food and plate dishes, making sure every item that leaves the kitchen is tasty and perfect. You will set your cooks up for success by helping set up the lines and offering constructive feedback when needed. Maintaining a neat and hygienic environment will be a key part of your role as you ensure that workstations and equipment are regularly cleaned. At the end of your shift, you will manage the closing procedures before heading home, ready to start fresh and lead your team again the next day.
