Group Sales Consultant Temp

What is the job? 
Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers create memorable experiences? As a Group Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to book group outings, private screenings, and special events at Regal theatres across the country. You'll combine exceptional customer service with a sales-driven mindset to recommend the right solutions, build relationships, and help drive revenue for the business.

In this entry-level sales role, you'll work in a fast-paced environment handling phone calls, emails, and online inquiries while managing bookings from initial quote to final payment. If you're organized, thrive on multitasking, and enjoy turning customer inquiries into successful events, we'd love to hear from you. 

What will you be doing?  

• You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding group tickets, private screenings, and special events.
• You will recommend Regal products and services based on customer needs while maximizing sales opportunities.
• You will prepare quotes, process bookings, collect payments, and ensure event details are communicated accurately.
• You will maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems and other business tools.
• You will partner with theatre teams to coordinate reservations and provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

About you 

• You will have strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
• You will be customer-focused with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
• You will be motivated by sales goals and comfortable identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• You will be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and systems at the same time.
• You will have a high school diploma or equivalent; theatre, entertainment, hospitality, call center, or sales experience is a plus.
