Pre-Designated Safety-Sensitive Position Notice: Pursuant to Washington law (RCW 49.44.240), this role is designated prior to application as a safety-sensitive position. The essential duties of this role require operating, test-riding, and maneuvering high-powered motor vehicles, motorcycles, and powersports equipment in proximity to foot traffic, customers, and employees, where an inattentive or impaired lapse in judgment presents a substantial, quantifiable risk of serious bodily injury, death, or severe property damage.

Drug Screening: Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen. Because this position is pre-designated as safety-sensitive under RCW 49.44.240, pre-employment testing includes screening for controlled substances and cannabis/THC metabolites.
Motor Vehicle Records (MVR): Employment is contingent upon an acceptable MVR check and ongoing compliance with company driver safety standards.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to frequently move, push, align, and balance motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides weighing up to 800+ lbs with appropriate technique or assistance.
Mobility & Posture: Constantly standing, walking across dealership grounds and showroom floors, crouching, bending, reaching, and operating motor vehicle controls.
Environmental Exposure: Work is performed both indoors on active showroom floors and outdoors in varied weather conditions across outdoor staging and inventory lots with exposure to engine noise, exhaust fumes, and moving vehicles.
