Responsibilities

→Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with Health Department sanitation and safety standards.
→Maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing area, kitchen, dining room, storage rooms, and walk-in/reach-in refrigerators and freezers.
→Remove trash and recycling, clean garbage containers, and assist with maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
→Sweep and mop floors, clean surfaces, and complete daily and closing cleaning assignments.
→Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies as directed.
→Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies and procedures.
→Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and other non-food preparation tasks as needed.
→All other duties as assigned.
