- Permanent part-time role based in Mitcham
- Support customers to achieve their daily goals and build independence through a person-centred approach
- Fortnightly hours: FN1 – 28.250 hours | FN2 – 25.25 hours (in line with the roster below)

You will support a diverse range of customers, including individuals living with disability, behaviours of concern (BOC), and epilepsy, requiring confident, proactive and safe support.
- A full Victorian driver’s licence is essential for this role
- Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Must be available to work all shifts outlined in the roster

As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Certificate IV in Disability (
or equivalence) is highly desirable - NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
