About the Role
~1 min readAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Scorpion, you will generate enthusiasm for our solutions, identify and qualify prospects, and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads for our Legal or Home Service sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the SMB sector and looking to advance their career in sales.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support our team culture by working in the office 4 -5 days a week. This means you’ll have to live within commuting distance of the office you’ll be working in.
- →Lead Generation
- →Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- →Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily
- →Master the ability to tell the Scorpion story and passionately convey it to potential clients
- →Align Scorpion solutions with prospects' business objectives & needs
- →Stay updated on industry trends and the technology landscape to be a trusted resource for prospects and clients
- →Team Collaborator
- →Work closely with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos
- →Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
- →Gather key prospect data from initial conversations, the web, and other sources ensuring clean and accurate date entry into Salesforce our CRM
- →Exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos scheduled, and deals closed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ year of sales or other relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Must have sales ability demonstrated by past experience in a similar role(s)
- Positive attitude and demonstrate a high level of perseverance to excel in a rewarding role
- Knowledge of digital marketing solutions is a plus

For positions designated as remote, employees who live within commuting distance of a Scorpion office may be asked to work from the office based on team needs, collaboration opportunities, or business priorities.
