Outside Sales Representative

Shield is recruiting for an experienced Outside Sales Professional on behalf of a partner IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the greater Philadelphia area. This organization delivers proactive managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and VoIP solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, helping them reduce risk, prevent downtime, and operate more securely and efficiently.

The company primarily serves organizations in regulated and professional industries such as healthcare, legal, financial services, and other professional services. Their approach focuses on layered security frameworks, proactive support, and long-term client relationships that allow business owners to focus on growth rather than technology disruptions.

As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a driven sales professional to take ownership of net-new client acquisition and contribute directly to expanding recurring revenue through managed services engagements.

Please note that this role will not be a direct employee of Shield, but of the partner organization we are recruiting for. Candidates for this role will need to be based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area for regular on-site presence at the office location.
