Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Pre-Sales Support: Engage with prospects to understand their technical environment and security challenges. Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and support throughout the evaluation process.
- →Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Qwiet AI's product suite, including SAST, SCA, Secrets management, AutoFix, CI/CD integrations, and IDE tooling. Effectively communicate the value propositions and technical advantages of our solutions.
- →Solution Design: Collaborate with prospects to design and propose customized solutions that address their security requirements. Create proof-of-concepts and technical proposals to showcase Qwiet AI's capabilities.
- →Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects by providing insights and recommendations on integrating Qwiet AI's solutions into their existing development workflows.
- →Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales team to qualify opportunities, provide technical support during sales meetings, and assist in closing deals.
- →Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from prospects and customers regarding product features, functionality, and performance. Communicate insights to our Product Management and Engineering teams to drive product improvement and innovation.
Requirements
~2 min read- Pre-Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or sales engineering role within the software industry, preferably in the application security domain.
- Programming: Experience in modern software development languages like Python, Go, and Java is strongly desired.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with DevOps technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, source code management systems, and IDE integrations.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of finding innovative solutions to customer challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering.
