We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Business Development Manager in Bangalore, Karnataka. Our client, Pentau Steel Structures, is a reputed organization in the Engineering and Steel Structures sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify new market opportunities through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and revenue growth projections. Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales and marketing strategies. Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Monitor company performance and prepare management reports for review. Lead, mentor, and train business development and sales team members. Required Skills Business Development – Driving revenue growth and market expansion. Sales & Marketing Strategy – Creating and executing growth-focused plans. CRM Software – Managing sales pipelines and customer engagement. Client Relationship Management – Building and retaining strategic partnerships. Market Research & Analysis – Identifying opportunities and competitive trends. Preferred Skills Experience in Engineering / Steel Structures Industry. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Data-driven sales planning and growth management. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales planning, client acquisition, and revenue generation. Experience handling forecasting, growth strategy, and stakeholder management is essential. Exposure to engineering or steel structures businesses is highly preferred.
