Interior Drafter (Revit / 3D Max)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Drafter with strong experience in Revit and 3D Max to support an established interior design workflow focused on quality execution, structured systems, and organized project management. This individual will work directly with the client on an ongoing basis and should be comfortable operating independently while maintaining clear communication, organized workflows, and consistent drafting standards. The ideal candidate is technically strong, visually detail-oriented, and capable of integrating into an established creative and operational process. RESPONSIBILITIES • Create and revise interior drafting plans using Revit • Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using 3D Max • Assist with space planning, layouts, elevations, and design documentation • Maintain clean and organized project files, folders, and version control systems • Follow structured workflows and internal drafting standards • Coordinate revisions and updates efficiently throughout project development • Communicate proactively regarding timelines, revisions, and project needs • Work directly with the client on ongoing drafting and rendering tasks • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously REQUIREMENTS • Strong professional experience using Revit • Strong professional experience using 3D Max • Background in interior drafting, interior design support, or architectural drafting • Strong organizational and file management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication and responsiveness • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup • Experience collaborating remotely with U.S.-based clients preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience working in structured design or architectural environments • Understanding of workflow systems and organized project management practices • Portfolio demonstrating drafting and rendering work • Experience supporting interior designers or architects directly • Ability to adapt to established systems and communication styles quickly
