About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role at the front of the sales function by building a high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting. Working closely with UK-based Account Executives, you will identify, engage and qualify prospective customers, ensuring opportunities are effectively handed over for continued progression.

This is a high-activity role focused on personalised outreach, pipeline generation and maintaining excellent data quality. You will collaborate on account strategy and messaging, continuously refine outbound approaches, and contribute directly to the growth of the business through consistent execution and strong commercial awareness.

Own LinkedIn outbound by running targeted, personalised outreach to CTOs, Heads of Engineering and senior stakeholder buyers.

Build a qualified sales pipeline by researching and engaging in-ICP accounts and booking qualified meetings for the UK Account Executive team.

Partner closely with UK Account Executives on account strategy, messaging and seamless meeting handover to ensure no opportunities are lost.

Conduct first-touch qualification using MEDDPICC principles to identify genuine customer challenges before handing meetings to the Account Executive team.

Achieve activity and outcome targets through consistent daily outreach, strong connection and reply rates, and qualified meeting bookings.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot and manage outbound sequences using tools such as HeyReach, Smartlead and Clay/Apollo.

Continuously test and optimise outbound messaging and sequences to improve reply rates and conversion performance.

Industry experience would be a great advantage, with a background in staff augmentation / tech talent as a service, and an understanding of the model, the buyer and the objections.

Alternatively, strong experience in tech recruitment and staffing outbound or SDR, with the ability to open a retained, long-term relationship rather than a one-off placement.

Alternatively, B2B SaaS or technology SDR/BDR experience selling to CTOs, Heads of Engineering and senior technical buyers.

An experienced outbound prospector, ideally LinkedIn-led, within B2B technology or talent.

Comfortable prospecting into CTOs, Heads of Engineering and senior technical buyers.

An excellent written communicator in English, with a natural, human outbound style, not "spray and pray".

Highly organised and able to manage high volume without dropping quality.

Self-starting, resilient and target-driven, with the ability to work UK hours alongside a UK-based team.

Familiar with MEDDPICC qualification principles.

Uncapped commission and a clear path to promotions.

Fully remote within India, working closely with a London-based team.
