We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Account Property Manager to serve as the primary liaison between property owners, tenants, and vendors. This role is central to maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues, and delivering a consistently positive client experience.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and excels at multitasking, communication, and process management.
Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for assigned property owners and tenants

Deliver clear, professional, and timely updates

Build trust through consistent and transparent communication

Manage the full lifecycle of work orders (entry → scheduling → follow-up → closure)

Coordinate vendor scheduling and service timelines

Ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently

Communicate effectively with vendors and contractors
-
Solicit, review, and evaluate bids for special projects
-
Track job progress and completion quality
-
Schedule property inspections and spot checks
-
Document findings and coordinate follow-up actions
-
Partner with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies

Support accurate billing and expense tracking

Exceptional written and verbal English communication

Strong English reading comprehension and rapid information processing

Ability to build rapport with diverse personalities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
