We are a full-service YouTube production agency for 7-figure coaches, consultants, and info-product businesses. We handle the entire pipeline: strategy, packaging (titles/thumbnails), scripting, production management, and publishing.

We are hiring a full-time Account Manager to own client relationships and run production from onboarding through ongoing retainer. This is not a support role. You are the client’s primary point of contact and the person responsible for every video that goes out the door. You will work directly alongside leadership as a key partner across the business.


Responsibilities

You will manage clients end-to-end, split into two core pillars:

  • Ownership: You are the face of the account. Clients trust you and hear from you regularly via Slack, calls, and Loom.
  • Responsiveness: Maintain a 2–4 hour response time during the week; same-day acknowledgment on weekends with a clear action plan.
  • Proactive Reporting: Conduct weekly async check-ins (Loom/text) showing what is in progress and what is coming next—clients should never have to chase you.
  • Strategic Packaging: Research video topics, perform competitive analysis, and develop title and thumbnail direction for every video.
  • Pipeline Management: Run an AI-powered scripting system and manage editors by providing clear, actionable feedback.
  • ROI Alignment: Ensure every video aligns with the client’s business goals so they clearly see the value of their investment.

  • YouTube Strategist: You study YouTube deeply and understand patterns in thumbnails, titles, and growth.
  • Agency Experience: You’ve worked in a client-facing role where you managed accounts and timelines independently.
  • Industry Awareness: You are familiar with the online education and coaching space and understand how creators operate.
  • Intrapreneurial Mindset: You are ambitious and want your performance to directly impact your growth and earnings.
  • High Agency: You take initiative and act without waiting for instructions.

What We Offer

Location: 100% Remote (open to candidates in the United States or South Africa)
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Performance-based and tied to client retention and quality of work. Full details shared after the first stage.
Growth Path: Within 90 days, you will own your accounts. Long-term growth includes moving into a Lead Account Manager role, managing and mentoring a team.
