About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our international sales team. This fully remote role is based in South Africa and requires working hours aligned with the Central European Time (CET) zone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warm inbound leads, consulting with prospective customers, and closing sales for international relocation services. Additionally, the role includes proactive outreach to corporate prospects in Germany through cold calling to generate qualified meetings for the onsite sales team.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment, is highly organized, and enjoys building lasting client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and convert warm inbound leads into successful sales opportunities.
- →Consult with residential and commercial clients to understand their international relocation requirements.
- →Present customized moving and relocation solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- →Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales.
- →Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.
- →Conduct timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates.
- →Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to move completion.
- →Proactively cold call corporate prospects in Germany to introduce the company's relocation services.
- →Qualify corporate opportunities and schedule virtual or onsite meetings for onsite sales representatives.
- →Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven B2B and/or B2C sales experience
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and closing high-value sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and customer interactions.
- Ability to work full-time during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is required.
