Salary Range: $1,300 - $1,700 + Commissions
Payment Frequency: Monthly
Scope of the Role
We are looking for sales champions and leaders who are as passionate about building the next great software development company as they are about exceeding their numbers every quarter. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in meeting their targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, software tools, and more.
- Conduct outbound calls and cold emails to prospective clients, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and meetings between potential clients and our sales representatives.
- Maintain our CRM (customer relationship management) system to ensure accurate and detailed information on leads and appointments.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure they attend scheduled meetings and to gather feedback, and nurture leads that haven't converted to appointments yet.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, share insights from client interactions, and align on strategies for lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on appointment-setting activities, including the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales.
- Familiarity and comfort with software development/agency services, including websites, branding, UI/UX, software as a service (SaaS) development, mobile apps, and graphic design.
- Experience with cold calling and cold emailing.
- Strong and demonstrable track record of exceeding quotas.
- Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with minimal accent preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work during USA business hours.
