Responsibilities

Assist customers with order questions, cancellations, product information, and issue resolution

Monitor order status, shipping timelines, and delivery updates

Coordinate returns and replacement workflows, including label generation and shipment tracking

Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipping delays or order issues

Support operational workflows for Amazon, Wayfair, and direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels

Perform audits of live product listings to ensure pricing, configurations, and product data accuracy

Assist with order troubleshooting and customer communication related to marketplace orders

Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, and deal tracking

Track open quotes, deposits, and customer interactions

Assist with internal reporting and sales activity summaries

Use AI tools to improve efficiency in customer communication and administrative workflows

Maintain templates, SOPs, and documentation to support consistent operations

Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
