Position : Inside Sales Representative – Quotations & Project Coordinator

Location : Fully Remote

Working hours: 8am PST - 4pm PST, (M-F)

Salary Range: $1500-$2000 monthly (Starting salary with performance-based increases and variable compensation after 12 months.)

Type of Contract : Independent Contractor - Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ISR (Inside Sales Rep) to join our team. This role will focus on the coordination of quotations for lighting, lighting controls, and Electrical Switchgear. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, quotation and project management skills, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with management and sales teams to win projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Quotations and Coordination:

• Prepare and manage quotations for lighting, lighting controls, EV Charging and Switchgear.
• Follow up on quotes to assist customers in clarifying any concerns, issues, or questions.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Collaborate with management and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance the probability of winning projects.

Project Management:

• Oversee project management for lighting, EV and switchgear orders.
• Track and modify projects throughout all stages, from post-order entry to project completion.
