As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and connect prospective clients with the laboratory's testing solutions.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. This role is focused on generating high-quality opportunities that ultimately convert into revenue-generating clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys outbound sales, relationship building, and helping companies identify solutions to their testing and compliance needs. Success in this role will be measured not only by activity volume but also by the quality of opportunities generated.
Responsibilities

Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting activities

Experience selling technical, laboratory, engineering, manufacturing, or compliance-related services

Familiarity with outbound email platforms and sales engagement tools

Experience working in B2B sales environments

Familiarity with platforms such as Reply.io or similar outreach tools

Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and conversations

Update CRM records and track opportunity progress

Manage follow-up schedules and nurture prospective clients

Ensure all lead information is documented and organized

Work closely with leadership and sales stakeholders to refine outreach strategies

Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and prospect needs
