Pay Range : $1,200 to $2,000 / month (varies depending on experience)

Role Overview:
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for engaging prospective patients, qualifying their needs, following up with leads, and converting interest into scheduled appointments.
This is a highly communication-focused role requiring someone who is fully fluent in both English and Spanish and can confidently conduct complete conversations in either language. The SDR will regularly communicate with prospective patients through phone, text, email, and other outreach channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales and appointment-setting skills with empathy and professionalism. They should be comfortable speaking with individuals who may be experiencing pain or frustration, understanding their needs, addressing initial concerns, and confidently guiding them toward scheduling an appointment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach & Engagement: Contact prospective patients (phone/text/email), respond promptly to leads, perform proactive outreach, re-engage older leads, and build immediate rapport.
- Lead Qualification: Understand needs/concerns, qualify leads based on practice standards, gather intake information, and escalate medical/clinical questions appropriately.
- Appointment Setting: Convert leads to appointments, manage calendar coordination, and minimize no-shows.
- Bilingual Patient Communication: Provide seamless service in both English and Spanish without translation assistance.
- Patient-Focused Sales: Communicate the practice's value, handle objections professionally, and maintain an empathetic, non-high-pressure approach.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and keep the lead pipeline organized.
- Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing: Execute follow-up sequences, re-engage inactive leads, and ensure consistent nurturing.
- Performance Tracking: Track KPIs including lead response time, contact rate, appointment volume, and conversion/show rates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or customer service.
Language requirement: Excellent fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Strong phone-based sales and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM/lead management systems.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable availability for a Monday–Friday schedule.
