About the Company

Our client is a sports medicine and performance rehabilitation clinic located in Phoenix / Paradise Valley, Arizona. They specialize in helping athletes and active adults recover from injury, improve movement mechanics, and enhance physical performance through personalized, one-on-one care.

 

About the Role

As an SDR, you will be responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying prospective patients, and booking discovery visits. You play a critical role in ensuring that only patients who are a strong fit for our care model move forward.

We are not a traditional clinic. We provide one-on-one, hour-long sessions focused on movement-based rehabilitation and long-term outcomes. Your ability to communicate value, guide conversations, and follow process directly impacts patient success and clinic growth.

 

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and messages from prospective patients
  • Determine whether prospects are a good fit for our care model
  • Book discovery visits and consultations
  • Make approximately 25 outbound calls per day
  • Send daily follow-up messages to leads
  • Book 20–25 new consultations per month
  • Use CRM tools, Google Sheets, and our EHR to document and track leads
  • Follow structured sales processes, scripts, and objection frameworks
  • Confirm appointments, assist with rescheduling, and reduce no-shows
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all platforms
  • Support outreach efforts during promotions and campaigns
  • Consistently book 20–25 new patient consultations per month
  • Maintain accurate records across all communication and tracking systems
  • Follow sales processes, scripts, and tracking protocols with discipline
