About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, using outbound prospecting strategies to build relationships and schedule meetings for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- →Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria.
- →Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives or the sales team.
- →Research target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
- →Build and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
- →Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline generation goals.
- →Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner.
- →Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- →Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and emails.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working in a quota-driven sales environment.
