About the Role
~1 min readDevelop relationships with decision-makers in auctions, leasing firms, and dealer groups
Work closely with the founder to refine positioning, pricing, and sales strategy
Help define ideal customer profiles and segment the market effectively
Create a repeatable outbound sales motion (email, LinkedIn, direct outreach, partnerships)
Conduct consultative enterprise sales conversations focused on operational impact, not one-off transactions
Collaborate on early operational setup where needed (light hybrid of sales + operations in early stage)
Target building a base of 30–40 core enterprise customers that drive recurring volume

Strong experience in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally in automotive, logistics, fleet, SaaS, or inspection/services industries

Proven ability to sell into mid-market or enterprise organizations with high transaction volumes

Comfortable building a sales function from scratch (0 → 1 environment)

Strong strategic thinking — able to define ICPs, segments, and outreach strategy

Hands-on executor who can also operate at a “founder’s mindset” level

Experience working directly with leadership or founders in early-stage environments

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Self-starter based in South Africa with ability to operate independently
