Sales and Revenue Ownership Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage inbound leads, run discovery calls, present offers, and close new members and partners for our high-ticket programs, memberships, and masterminds.

Background in high-ticket sales, ideally within education, masterminds, or coaching programs

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Understanding of digital funnels, automated follow-up systems, and community-based marketing

Bonus: Familiarity with the real estate or corporate housing industry

Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to connect, build trust, and close—both verbally and in writing

Hunter Mentality: Energized by prospecting and opening new opportunities

Builder Mindset: Proactive in creating systems, improving processes, and owning outcomes

Highly Organized: Excellent follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple deals at various stages

Data-Driven: Comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and optimize performance

Leadership Potential: A track record or demonstrated capacity to lead, train, and scale a team

Fully builds and manages the sales pipeline and automations in GoHighLevel

Establishes at least two new, consistent lead channels beyond current marketing sources

Closes an average of 8–10 new members per month or hits equivalent revenue goals

Documents all core sales systems and processes
