Compensation: ±$2,000 base (R35K–R40K) + high commission
We are launching a South African office for a Canadian financial services company and are hiring elite sales professionals to join a high-performance, high-income environmentThis is a closer-driven role with inbound leads provided—your job is to convert.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads (no cold prospecting required)
  • Present financial/lending solutions to clients
  • Close deals efficiently and consistently
  • Work within a structured sales process and CRM system
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and performance standards
