My client is a rapidly growing construction and tile tools brand serving professional installers, distributors, and dealers across the U.S. and internationally. The company has quickly expanded to 60+ SKUs and works with major industry brands including QEP and Schluter through licensing partnerships. Built “for the pros, by the pros,” My client has developed a strong reputation in the tile industry through innovative patented products, high-quality tools, and massive social media reach across brands including E-Tile and TileBro.
The company is now building an outbound sales team to help expand dealer relationships nationwide.
About the Role:
Crowne Tools is hiring two full-time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help drive outbound dealer acquisition across the United States. This is not a high-pressure closing role. We are looking for disciplined, resourceful dialers who are comfortable making outbound calls, identifying buyers, navigating gatekeepers, researching prospects, and setting qualified calls for the founder and leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, coachable, proactive, and hungry to grow with a fast-moving company. This is a long-term opportunity with significant growth potential as the sales organization sales nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to tile shops, distributors, and pro dealers across the U.S.
- Research and identify prospective dealer accounts using Google, ChatGPT, social media, and industry resources
- Navigate gatekeepers and identify purchasing decision makers
- Introduce Crowne Tools products and brand to prospective dealers
- Send follow-up emails, catalogs, pricing sheets, and product information
- Coordinate product sample requests
- Set qualified sales calls for company leadership
- Maintain accurate notes and CRM records
- Collaborate with leadership during onboarding and sales training
- Participate in regular team Zoom meetings and daily communication
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous SDR, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
- Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls daily
- Highly coachable and able to follow precise direction
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for prospecting and research
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet
- Ability to work full-time U.S. business hours
- No moonlighting or side jobs during working hours
Nice To Have:
- Experience selling into construction, tools, industrial, or B2B dealer environments is a plus
- CRM experience is a plus
- Shopify or eCommerce familiarity is a plus

Compensation:
- Base salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month depending on experience
- Performance bonuses tied to purchase orders and sales activity
