Own the end-to-end inbound pipeline, qualifying 2–4 new daily opportunities via video (Zoom) and phone.

Conduct rigorous discovery conversations to unpack project complexity, technical requirements, and timeline feasibilities.

Confidently establish baseline investment thresholds, setting clear, realistic budget expectations early (typically $15k–$20k+ initial minimum investments).

Coordinate internally with leadership and our in-house chemist to review formulations, escalate high-potential enterprise accounts, and build accurate quotes.

Design, launch, and execute targeted outbound prospecting initiatives targeting scaling, mid-market personal care brands.

Research, map, and build strategic relationships with emerging Shopify and Amazon-native beauty, wellness, and cosmetics operators.

Maintain absolute data integrity, pipeline visibility, and structured follow-up cadences within company tracking systems.
Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder contract cycles.

Industry Context: Direct sales background within private label/contract manufacturing, personal care, skincare, cosmetics, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or packaging/ingredient sales.

Commercial Maturity: Ability to speak credibly and confidently about supply chains, product development lifecycles, packaging constraints, and manufacturing logistics. You do not need to be a chemist, but you must possess executive presence.

Sales DNA: Natural curiosity, a consultative approach, and an elite ability to ask deep, intelligent discovery questions that uncover hidden friction points.

Execution: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Proven track record operating completely independently in a remote environment.
