Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • Attend all active sales calls alongside leadership, capturing critical pain points, technical requirements, and deal context.

  • Own the post-call follow-up engine, ensuring highly tailored, professional recaps and marketing materials are delivered to prospects instantly.

  • Maintain absolute ownership of the HubSpot funnel, systematically moving leads through deal stages while eliminating pipeline stagnation.

  • Design, launch, and execute a sophisticated outbound prospecting strategy leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target decision-makers.

  • Act as an internal HubSpot champion—proactively identifying process bottlenecks, suggesting automation improvements, and refining data hygiene to optimize the team's closing ratios.

  • Craft high-converting, personalized outbound messaging sequences that resonate with sophisticated enterprise leads.

  • Progress from a supportive co-pilot to an autonomous front-end closer, independently qualifying inbound and outbound leads during initial discovery calls.

  • Coordinate scheduling logistics, prepare pre-briefing notes for leadership prior to late-stage contract discussions, and accurately forecast weekly pipeline health.

Requirements

~1 min read
  • Industry Context: 3–5+ years of B2B sales development or account management experience, with a proven track record of selling into complex industries (e.g., Healthcare, Corporate Finance, or Mid-Market Tech).

  • Persona Alignment: Deep, comfortable experience navigating conversations with C-suite executives and mid-market enterprise buyers.

  • CRM Mastery: Expert-level familiarity with HubSpot. You should be comfortable architecting deal properties, managing pipelines, and building dashboard reports.

  • Outbound Toolkit: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or comparable enterprise prospecting software.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to draft articulate, value-driven follow-up emails that read like a strategic consultant wrote them, not an automated bot.

This position offers a rare front-row seat to enterprise deal-making. You will receive direct, daily mentorship from company leadership, bypass standard agency bureaucracy, and have a clear, rapid path to transition into a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) role as the business scales.
