Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Priority Location: South Africa / Latin America
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) US EST
Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,800 USD per month base salary, plus uncapped performance incentives (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

About the Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative who can execute a structured outbound sales process while bringing energy, professionalism, and consistency to every prospect interaction. The outbound sales engine has already been built. Messaging has been developed. Sales collateral exists. Call scripts have been refined. Lead lists are available. Sales automations are continually being improved. The founder has personally built much of the sales infrastructure and wants someone who can step into that foundation and execute it consistently. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the founder. You'll spend your time prospecting through phone calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic follow-up while continuously improving your approach through coaching and feedback. Success won't come from simply making activity. Success will come from learning the sales process, mastering the messaging, consistently booking qualified meetings, and helping build the repeatable sales engine that will fuel the company's long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using proven sales processes.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective customers.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across the software target industries.
- Generate qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
- Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research prospective organizations before outreach.
- Qualify prospects against predefined criteria.
- Accurately maintain CRM records and sales activity.
- Track outreach metrics and meeting performance.
- Share feedback that improves messaging, scripts, and sales processes.
- Work directly alongside the founder to refine outbound strategy.
- Represent the software professionally during every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
- Demonstrated success booking qualified sales meetings.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or software solutions.
- Understanding of modern software sales cycles.
- Outstanding spoken and written English.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities grow alongside the business.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of SDR or Business Development experience.
- Experience selling software to North American businesses.
- Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Experience working in startup or early-stage SaaS environments.
What Success Looks Like:
- Within your first several weeks, you'll become fluent in the products, target industries, messaging, and outbound sales process.
- You'll receive hands-on coaching directly from the founder while learning the nuances of selling into niche markets that often receive far fewer sales calls than traditional software buyers.
- Within your first few months, you'll consistently generate qualified meetings, become increasingly independent in your prospecting efforts, and begin contributing ideas that improve the sales process.
- Long term, this role has significant growth potential.
- As the company expands its sales organization, successful team members will have opportunities to take on additional responsibility, mentor future SDRs, and eventually grow into Account Executive or other revenue-generating leadership roles.
