This position is best suited if you:

2. Want to excel in IT services sales in general and emerging areas (selling AI solutions, etc.) in particular.
3. Are a sharp learner, willing to take initiatives, and aspire to lead future sales/business development teams.
4. Have proven experience as an account executive in an IT company.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate periodically with the company’s tech teams and gain an in-depth understanding of the portfolio and the company’s services.
2. Conduct discovery calls with our sales-qualified leads, act as their technology consultant, pitch them solutions, and close the deals.
3. Manage the company’s sales pipeline and ensure maximum closings/revenue from that pipeline via follow-ups, sales strategies, discovery calls, and more.
4. Onboard clients once the deal is closed and serve as the primary POC for the client throughout the sales cycle.
5. Coordinate with the service delivery and billing teams to ensure clients receive timely services and pay the company on time.
6. Periodically receive client feedback on services and ensure timely communication between the client and engineering teams.
7. Once the initial contract is over, stay in touch with our clients, help them document the next steps, and offer them upsells/cross-sells.
8. Meet sales targets, prepare sales reports, and present them to the line manager and key stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT/Business Development/Sales or a combination of these.
2. Solid understanding of software development life cycle and IT services, including but not limited to Custom Software Development, Mobile & Web App Dev, AI/ML solutions.
3. Good understanding of how digital products are designed and developed, and how engineering teams work. You will act as a technology consultant in discovery calls and suggest software solutions to our clients with minimal reliance on our engineering teams.
4. 2+ years of experience as an account executive in an IT company.
5. Excellent verbal communication and sales development/closing skills.
Timings & Location:
During Training (1st Month Only):
3 PM—12 AM. (1 hour dinner break)
The first 4 hours (3 PM - 7 PM) in our office in Lahore will be needed.
Post Training:
5 PM - 2 AM remote (1 hour dinner break)
Candidates from Lahore are preferred as the team member may be called in the office occasionally for events or meetings as needed.
