- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Present new products to prospective clients.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Job Requirements
- Successfully meeting sales targets.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Experienced with handling government deals
- Having a customer success mindset
