• →Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
• →Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner for meal service periods
• →Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• →Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, steamers, and fryers
• →Assist with menu planning and portion control as needed
• →Coordinate with food service staff to ensure smooth meal service
• →Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
• →Adhere to all safety, infection control, and health department regulations

• At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant, cafeteria, healthcare facility, or similar setting
• Knowledge of food safety principles and proper cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required (training available)
• Must be available to work Monday – Friday as scheduled
